Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States.

Processing Time (Before Shipping)

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat).

  • During peak periods (sales/holidays), processing may take up to 4 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipping)

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, delivery times vary by product:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Some locations (remote areas) may take 10–20 business days

Important: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs/security checks.

Tracking Updates

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to start showing movement after dispatch.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately to get to you faster. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Address Accuracy (Chargeback Prevention)

Please double-check your shipping address. If an address is incomplete/incorrect:

  • The package may be delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong place.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship (shipping fee applies) or issue store credit (minus shipping costs).

Delivered but Not Received (“Porch Theft”)

If tracking shows DELIVERED but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check with household members/neighbors/front desk first.

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are typically not eligible for a refund, but we’ll try our best to help you resolve it.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours with photos/video of the item + packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Customs / Duties (If Applicable)

Most US orders do not require extra steps, but if any local fees are charged by authorities/carriers, they are the customer’s responsibility.
